An SEO Executive is responsible for improving a website’s visibility on search engines like Google to increase organic traffic, generate leads, and support business growth. They implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor performance to achieve higher search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Build and manage high-quality backlink campaigns.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion metrics.
Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular SEO performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute integrated digital campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (depending on the role level).
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website structures is an advantage.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization.
